Performance and Features

It’s very efficient in preparing a variety of bread types and it will produce a high-quality bread that comes out soft, and evenly baked. You simply follow the instructions on each recipe, measure the ingredients correctly, and select the desired program and a delicious bread will result. This bread maker is suitable for many family sizes because it allows you to select from 3 different loaf sizes of 1 lb, 1,5 lb, and 2 lb, so you will always have the right amount of bread.

Since the bread pan is not very large, the one kneading blade it uses does a great job in mixing the ingredients. Each kneading cycle comes with an audible signal notification that will let you know when a certain stage is completed, when you have to add other ingredients, or when it’s time for you to take the dough out. This way, you can extend the usage to cakes, dough for pizza, or other specialties. In case you need bread for the evening meal, or for the next day, there is a 13-hour delay timer that allows you to set the machine to start later.

It has 9 bread settings that are suitable for making bread and dough, but can also prepare delicious jams without much hassle. If you want to prepare gluten-free bread, you have to select the Whole Wheat setting that will adapt the baking process to the type of flour you use.

There is a Quick setting on the machine, but you have to pay attention when you use it because it’s suitable for bread without yeast like the banana bread. There’s also a cycle that prepares bread in even less time than the other cycles, and it is called Expressbake. It can perform a full cycle in less than an hour, thus providing you with freshly-baked brad just in time for your meal time. Additionally, you can select how light or dark you want the crust to be, according to your preferences.

It is very small and compact, measuring only 13.8 x 13 x 14.1 inches, and weighing 8 pounds, so you can easily fit it in any kitchen or store it away. The design is clean, in a white plastic finish, with a very large window on the lid. On top of the unit, there is the large and easy to read LCD screen, that displays the selected options and the time, so you can easily set the timer, while still supervising the entire baking process.

It delivers 3 different bread sizes, and it will provide you with increased accuracy when placing the ingredients, thanks to the measuring cup and spoon it comes with. There is also a compartment for fruits and nuts, so you can add them to many bread recipes. The interior bread pan is coated with a non-stick layer so you can easily remove the bread when done, as well as simply washing it under a strong water jet. The lid is removable, for easy cleaning, and the exterior always remains cool to touch, so you won’t get burned when you use it.
